One hour to get introduced to knifemaking!
Content and objectives:
Accompanied by Antoine, we offer you the opportunity to make the large model of his folding knife “L’Anjou” and take it home with you!
The knifemaker will have prepared part of the work in advance. The metal components of the knife will already be assembled and riveted.
You will choose a wooden handle and shape it using belt sanders. You will then finish sanding by hand and sharpen the blade.
Please note:
- If you would like to carry out the complete assembly of your knife, we also offer a 3-hour workshop.
- The blades are made from XC90CrMo17 stainless cutlery steel, and the springs and liners are made from XC20CrMo17.
- You will be able to choose from several wood species.
