Rental
A stone’s throw from Nation, L’Établisienne provides a shared workshop, a coworking space, an office and a meeting room. Book online by the hour, half-day or full day, with professional tools provided. All our spaces are available for private booking.
All tools are included in the prices.
Self-service workshop
A “clean” workshop for assemblies, finishes, upholstery, cardboard cutting and other DIY activities… plus a workshop with workbenches where you can make shavings or sand as much as you like, and a “machine room” — these are the main spaces at your disposal.
Workbenches, tables, worktops, trestles… together we’ll determine the most suitable spot, and you can move from one workshop to another as your needs evolve. You can make as much noise and dust as you want in the workshops! (No welding, however.)
The workshops are accessible during opening hours to people with a valid membership, subject to availability.
Upstairs – Coworking
Same principle: a main space with workstations to rent by the hour. Upstairs you’ll also find meeting rooms to privatise and a lounge area with a large kitchen.
This space is accessible seven days a week to holders of a valid card, subject to availability. Reception is open every day 10:00–19:00 without interruption. By reservation, meeting room rental is possible from 09:00.
Annual membership
How does it work?
L’inscription annuelle (date à date) coûte 20€ TTC (l’inscription un adulte + un enfant coûte 30€) puis la tarification se fait à l’heure and aux forfaits.
Conditions are simple:
- Be of legal age
- Have valid civil liability insurance
- Signer le contrat d’inscription et s’acquitter des 20€ annuels pour l’inscription à l’Établisienne et des 5€ annuels pour l’adhésion à l’étage (coworking) ou 25€ pour l’ensemble, Atelier + Bureau
The card is valid for one year from the registration date.
Minors can be the beneficiaries of the contract provided their legal guardian has signed it.
Les enfants sont autorisés à venir dans l’atelier sous la responsabilité d’un adulte, le tarif de l’inscription pour l’Atelier d’un parent + un enfant est de 30€.
The collective card (companies & associations) is priced according to the number of users.
If two people work on the same project and occupy one workbench, you’ll need two registrations but only one hour will be charged for two.

La location d’un établi ou d’un poste de travail est ouverte à tous, d’une heure à un mois et sans engagement.
L’inscription de 20€ (valable 1 an) est obligatoire pour entrer dans l’atelier. La facturation se fait ensuite au temps passé, à partir de 5,96€ l’heure (outils inclus).
L’utilisation des outils à main et électro-portatifs est incluse dans les tarifs.

The rental of a workstation is open to everyone, from one hour to one month, with no commitment.
Annual membership card €5, then billing is based on time used, from €2.35 per hour.
During green hours (see schedule below), student members can enjoy free access to the coworking space (subject to prior booking or availability).
