General terms for workshops, courses, one-to-one support and workshop hours
Article 1: Purpose
L’Établisienne, a facility operated by the company Nowido, provides workspace rental, training and consultancy services in DIY, decoration, furniture-making and craft at its premises, 88 boulevard de Picpus, Paris 12th. These terms set out the conditions under which L’Établisienne delivers its services.
The user purchases the service for themself or as a gift via a gift box. The gift box is not nominative. It may be purchased by one person (the “buyer”) and used by a third party (the “participant”). Attendance at courses, workshops and accompanied sessions at L’Établisienne is subject to the conditions below. Placing an order for one or more services and using them implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer and the participant of these Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use in force on the date of the order and purchase.
Purchases of membership and self-service workshop hours offered by L’Établisienne are governed by L’Établisienne’s membership terms and conditions, applicable on the purchase date and available on L’Établisienne’s website.
Article 2: Nature and characteristics
The programmes, arrangements and content of each service are described in detail on the website www.letablisienne.com
Article 3: Registration, booking, cancellation
Registration for a training session or booking of one-to-one support can be made via the website, by telephone, or on site, subject to availability.
On the website, registration is possible while the course remains open for booking. Registration becomes final upon receipt of a confirmation email from L’Établisienne.
We undertake to refund all sums paid in the event of cancellation by you (no later than 48 hours before the start) or by us.
L’Établisienne reserves the right to cancel a booking where the client’s identity, email address or telephone number is inaccurate.
Due to an insufficient number of registrants or the sudden unavailability of an instructor, a workshop may be cancelled or postponed. The participant may choose either a refund or to transfer their registration to another session.
Article 4: House rules
As services take place in the Workshop area of the premises, clients must comply with the internal rules and follow the safety instructions.
Article 5: Liability
L’Établisienne is not responsible for loss of or damage to items brought into the premises.
L’Établisienne is not responsible for injuries sustained by oneself or caused by a third party.
L’Établisienne cannot be held liable for the outcome of projects carried out by the client—which are undertaken under their sole responsibility—even if such projects were previously proposed and taught during a course.
After the training, any manual activities performed by the client are carried out under their sole responsibility, whether on L’Établisienne’s premises or elsewhere.
Article 6: Intellectual property – copyright
Unless expressly authorised, recording or filming training sessions is strictly prohibited.
The training materials provided during sessions are protected by copyright and may only be reused for strictly personal purposes. Consequently, the participant undertakes not to use, copy, transmit or otherwise exploit all or part of the documents.
Article 7: Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, for any order of products and gift cards, the client has a fourteen-day withdrawal period from receipt, allowing them to cancel all or part of the order without having to justify the decision or incur costs.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the client may use the standard withdrawal form (available below) or any other medium (free-form letter) clearly expressing the decision to withdraw, and send it before the expiry of the fourteen-day period to:

Article 8: Data protection, telephone marketing
In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on data processing, files and liberties, each client has the right to access and rectify personal information by sending a simple letter to L’Établisienne or via the contact form.
Information provided by the client when booking and when using the website www.letablisienne.com is processed to ensure better customer relationship management. L’Établisienne ensures this data remains confidential. This processing has been declared to the CNIL under number 1513457.
Information is not shared with potential commercial partners or third parties without the client’s prior express consent.

Article 9: Disputes
The parties agree to make every effort to resolve amicably any issues arising from the application of these terms.

A consumer—i.e. a natural person acting for purposes outside their commercial, industrial, craft or liberal activity—may use a mediator free of charge within 12 months following a written complaint to the professional. In the event of a dispute, the competent court is the Paris District Court or that of the other party’s domicile. The applicable law is French law.
