Supervised children’s workshop

Do you have a DIY idea in mind (a game, a toy, a decorative object…) and would like to make it with your own hands? We offer tailor-made support in our workshops through private lessons to help bring your idea to life.

Content and objectives:

An initial design meeting (accompanied by an adult) will be scheduled to assess the feasibility of the project.

• You explain your project: the theme, the materials you want to use, etc. You can bring a drawing, sketch, or photo.
• Together with the workshop instructor, you will think about how to make it: selecting materials, choosing appropriate cutting and assembly techniques (depending on the project and your age…), and discussing possible finishes.
• You validate the main outlines of the project together.
• With your parents, you will review the available time and budget.

A few days after this meeting, a customized quote will be provided.

If approved, a schedule will be created to set the workshop sessions, and the instructor will indicate any materials that may need to be brought.

Please note:

This type of workshop aims to promote children’s manual skills, imagination, and environmental awareness by using recyclable materials as much as possible (wood, cardboard…).

It is also a way to offer an alternative to digital activities during leisure time and to help build self-confidence.

Themed workshops specifically dedicated to children are also offered every other Wednesday and during part of the school holidays.
