Description

We offer a one-hour workshop to introduce you to the art of cutlery.

You will leave with your own knife, after choosing the wood and shaping the handle yourself. L’Anjou is a high-end folding knife created by Antoine Faucheux, a cutler from Mayenne. The artisan cutler will have prepared part of the work in advance: the metal components of the knife will already be assembled and riveted.

The blades are made from XC90CrMo17 stainless cutlery steel, and the springs and liners are made from XC20CrMo17.

You will have the choice between several types of wood.
