Course language: French
Audience: Adults
Gift category: A
Course description
How to make a macramé hanging planter?
Macramé is a completely on-trend craft technique! But where should you start? Which cord should you use? What length of cord is needed for a macramé hanging planter? How do you make your first knots?
Content and objectives:
We offer a 2-hour macramé workshop in Paris.
During this workshop, you will try out the technique and learn the basics of knotting.
You will leave with your own creation: a hanging garden, as well as ideas for new DIY projects.
The material traditionally used is cotton cord, but contemporary artists reinterpret this technique using different materials: cables, tubes, plastic laces, etc.
The material can be knotted flat for bracelets or necklaces, or in volume to create objects such as plant hangers, curtains, or sculptures.
On your own or with friends, you will discover the macramé technique with Sandrine during this 2-hour workshop and leave with your hanging piece ready to display at home.
Please note:
All materials are provided.
