Duration:

This knife-making workshop lasts 3 hours.

Content and objectives:

While Antoine talks to you about his craft, the materials, and the tools he uses, you will assemble the different parts of the knife using traditional knifemaking techniques.
You will then learn how to shape the handle using knifemaker belt grinders.

The blades are made from XC90CrMo17 stainless cutlery steel, and the springs and liners are made from XC20CrMo17.
