General terms for workshops, courses, one-to-one support and workshop hours<\/h2>\n


Article 1: Purpose<\/h3>\n

L\u2019\u00c9tablisienne, a facility operated by the company Nowido, provides workspace rental, training and consultancy services in DIY, decoration, furniture-making and craft at its premises, 88 boulevard de Picpus, Paris 12th. These terms set out the conditions under which L\u2019\u00c9tablisienne delivers its services.<\/p>\n

The user purchases the service for themself or as a gift via a gift box. The gift box is not nominative. It may be purchased by one person (the \u201cbuyer\u201d) and used by a third party (the \u201cparticipant\u201d). Attendance at courses, workshops and accompanied sessions at L\u2019\u00c9tablisienne is subject to the conditions below.\nPlacing an order for one or more services and using them implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer and the participant of these Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use in force on the date of the order and purchase.<\/p>\n

Purchases of membership and self-service workshop hours offered by L\u2019\u00c9tablisienne are governed by L\u2019\u00c9tablisienne\u2019s membership terms and conditions, applicable on the purchase date and available on L\u2019\u00c9tablisienne\u2019s website.<\/p>\n

Article 2: Nature and characteristics<\/h3>\n

The programmes, arrangements and content of each service are described in detail on the website www.letablisienne.com<\/em><\/a><\/p>\n

Article 3: Registration, booking, cancellation<\/h3>\n

Registration for a training session or booking of one-to-one support can be made via the website, by telephone, or on site, subject to availability.\n

\nOn the website, registration is possible while the course remains open for booking. Registration becomes final upon receipt of a confirmation email from L\u2019\u00c9tablisienne.\n

\nWe undertake to refund all sums paid in the event of cancellation by you (no later than 48 hours before the start) or by us.\n

\nL\u2019\u00c9tablisienne reserves the right to cancel a booking where the client\u2019s identity, email address or telephone number is inaccurate.\n

\nDue to an insufficient number of registrants or the sudden unavailability of an instructor, a workshop may be cancelled or postponed. The participant may choose either a refund or to transfer their registration to another session.<\/p>\n

Article 4: House rules<\/h3>\n

As services take place in the Workshop area of the premises, clients must comply with the internal rules and follow the safety instructions.<\/p>\n

Article 5: Liability<\/h3>\n

L\u2019\u00c9tablisienne is not responsible for loss of or damage to items brought into the premises.\n

\nL\u2019\u00c9tablisienne is not responsible for injuries sustained by oneself or caused by a third party.\n

\nL\u2019\u00c9tablisienne cannot be held liable for the outcome of projects carried out by the client\u2014which are undertaken under their sole responsibility\u2014even if such projects were previously proposed and taught during a course.\n

\nAfter the training, any manual activities performed by the client are carried out under their sole responsibility, whether on L\u2019\u00c9tablisienne\u2019s premises or elsewhere.<\/p>\n

Article 6: Intellectual property \u2013 copyright<\/h3>\n

Unless expressly authorised, recording or filming training sessions is strictly prohibited.\n

\nThe training materials provided during sessions are protected by copyright and may only be reused for strictly personal purposes. Consequently, the participant undertakes not to use, copy, transmit or otherwise exploit all or part of the documents.<\/p>\n

Article 7: Right of withdrawal<\/h3>\n

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, for any order of products and gift cards, the client has a fourteen-day withdrawal period from receipt, allowing them to cancel all or part of the order without having to justify the decision or incur costs.\n

\nTo exercise the right of withdrawal, the client may use the standard withdrawal form (available below) or any other medium (free-form letter) clearly expressing the decision to withdraw, and send it before the expiry of the fourteen-day period to:\nL\u2019\u00c9tablisienne, 88 boulevard de Picpus, 75012 Paris, or by email to laurence@letablisienne.com<\/a><\/p>\n

Article 8: Data protection, telephone marketing<\/h3>\n

In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on data processing, files and liberties, each client has the right to access and rectify personal information by sending a simple letter to L\u2019\u00c9tablisienne or via the contact form<\/a>.\n

\nInformation provided by the client when booking and when using the website www.letablisienne.com is processed to ensure better customer relationship management. L\u2019\u00c9tablisienne ensures this data remains confidential. This processing has been declared to the CNIL under number 1513457.\n

\nInformation is not shared with potential commercial partners or third parties without the client\u2019s prior express consent.\n

Article 9: Disputes<\/h3>\n

The parties agree to make every effort to resolve amicably any issues arising from the application of these terms.<\/p>\n
