Become familiar with the tools and actions needed to woodworking. The course, lasting 2 hours and an half. We will teach you to master the vocabulary and tools, you are a beginner or want to refine your knowledge.
You have discovered the different techniques of cutting and joining wood at a first workshop. Come to practice by conducting A to Z of an object from plans supplied and pre-cut materials.
During this 3-hour workshop, you will learn how to draw and realize three types of traditional joints: a tenon-mortise with a shoulder; a half-wood; a dovetail.
This day dedicated to woodworking will be divided into three phases.
The morning will be devoted to the workshop “Cuts and assemblies”, the first part of the afternoon, at the taking over of the smasher. The end of the day will be devoted to electro-portable and static circular saws.

Ophélie Chaumat, is teaching at L’Établisienne the practice of straw marquetry.
Traditional tools are included in the rental self-service. Unless otherwise stated the use of power tools can only be done on site.
