Ophélie Chaumat, is teaching at L’Établisienne the practice of straw marquetry.
Graduated from the Beaux-Arts de Paris and the Institut de Peinture Decorative Van der Kelen in Brussels, Ophélie has been working for more than 15 years as a painter decorator, in collaboration with architects and interior decorators.
In 2010, she enriched her know-how by learning the marquetry of straw with a cabinet maker in Paris under the direction of Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2007, working from then on to the realization of furniture and decorative panels for luxury.
