Julien Colboc, first a lumberjack, now devotes himself to scuplture on green wood, coming directly from the tree and having not undergone any drying process.
Working wood as he sees it “is learning to consider the tree, the forest, its history and its biotopes as part of the creative process.”
Its aim is to promote manual labour and to use sculpture as a “pretext to raise awareness of ecology and respect for the environment.”
His workshops aim to design with your own hands objects used every day, made of green wood.
