Weaving introduction Quarter

Neha offers you a series of 2.5-hour workshops to introduce you to weaving or improve your skills.
Within 12 sessions of 2.5 hours, you will learn the basics of frame weaving and discover the creative possibilities of weaving using a variety of yarns and materials.
Accompanied by Neha, each participant will create a unique wall decoration and learn techniques to reproduce for future projects.

Course outline & Objective

This workshop is for beginners who want to understand and explore the basics of weaving as well as intermediate weavers who want to develop their technique.
After an introduction to the different natural fibers and the basics of weaving, we will explore the three most versatile weaving techniques with endless possibilities.
Each participant will have the opportunity to experiment with the materials provided and weave a unique artpiece.

• All materials are included but Neha will accompany you to a nearby shop if you wish to purchase threads for an even more personal creation.
